To make this exquisite fall treat, you will first learn to make a flaky orange-infused puff pastry through a technique called rough puff pastry. Next you'll create a rich and luscious chocolate pastry cream. Finally, learn the chocolate technique to create the signature Mille-Feuille topping.

    Your baking kit includes a reusable recipe card with instructions on how to make your next show stopper. Each recipe comes with a FAQ page that includes video resources, answers to common questions, and email support.
