When do subscription boxes ship?

Subscription boxes ship the from the 21st and 24th of each month, except November and December. November boxes are shipped around November 14th and December boxes are shipped around December 10th to mitigate expected shipping delays.

If you purchase a "Start this month" subscription after the ship date, we will ship your box right away! All BEL boxes are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. These carriers promote 1-5 business day shipping. 

How will I know my box has shipped?

You will receive an email when your mailing label has been printed. This email will contain your box's tracking link.

I ordered a gift that will arrive after the date I want to give it. What can I give them?

You can print or email them a customizable gift certificate

What is included in the box?

All non-perishable items (everything from flour and sugar to piping bags, cupcake baking cups, and decorations) are included along with a tool used in the recipe.

I have allergy concerns; how can I get more information?

The facility in which our baking boxes are packaged also processes nuts, wheat, dairy, and egg products. Additionally, our baking boxes contain ingredients that are processed in facilities that contain allergens. Despite our amazing team's careful packaging of ingredients, we cannot guarantee that there isn't cross contamination. If you have any allergy concerns, please reach out to us at! We are always happy to answer any specific questions.

What will I need to supply?

You will receive an email with the ingredients you will need to supply. This typically includes ingredients like eggs, butter, and milk. Can't find your email? It may be in your promotion's tab or spam folder. If that's the case, drag it to your primary inbox and your email provider should filter future emails from us to your inbox.
