What age group is this best for? Elementary school aged kids will love baking this kit with you! But to be honest, this kit and the finished treats can be enjoyed by all.

How do the doughnuts puff up if they're not fried? This recipe makes aĀ batterĀ inĀ a similar way to French choux pastry, which is used in cream puffs. This allows the dough to puff up without using yeast or having to fry it. The mochiĀ infusion adds a light sweetness to the dough and keepsĀ the dough from getting too firmĀ when baked.
